The villa is located in Kiekrz which is within Poznan County, Greater Poland, in west-central Poland. It is approximately 12km north-west of the centre of Poznan, and a 10min drive from Poznań Lawica Airport. It is 350km west of Warsaw, the capital city, and 2.5hour highway drive from Berlin, Germany,
Situated in the residential, safe and quiet, part of Kiekrz, the villa lies on Kierskie lake which is a short walking distance away, and in a short vicinity of the well-known Yacht Club. One can also use the nearby beaches and marinas.
Kierskie Lake is the largest water reservoir of the city and one of the largest in Great Poland where in the summer plenty of water sport competitions take place. Thanks to the microclimate in Kiekrz many health and rehabilitation centers have succesfully existed here.
Locals are proud of its newly-refurbished downtown which is a 10min walk from the villa, and where there are a 14th century church on the hill, school, shopping mall, Regatta SPA, and cafes and restaurants. Detailed Local Tips are sent to our guests.
